Shortly after September 11, 2001, T.J. saw that he was needed. He dropped a full-ride IT scholarship and answered the call immediately — his first day of basic training was November 1, 2001. By 18, he was jumping out of airplanes and helicopters with 10th Special Forces Group. Deployed to Iraq at 19. By 21, he was traveling 250+ days a year on a special assignment working directly for the President of the United States out of the White House. He started his first company by 25 and sold his first tech company before 30 — one of dozens he's built across education, fitness, real estate, and ecommerce. He's been automating businesses since 2009, and since entering real estate in 2023 has bought and sold 30+ properties per year.
